- 룸: 침대, 캐비넷, 행거, 테이블, 의자, 선풍기, 컵 등
- 거실: CATV, 냉장고, 소파, 커피폿, 헤어 드라이기 등
- 욕실: 타월, 휴지 등
- 방청소, 세대 대청소, 타월 교체 : 매일
- 침구류: 3일마다 교체
- 전화 및 통신: 광역무선인터넷, 전화 (미디어빌리지 객실 간 통화)

- Facilities: Convenience Store, Snack Bar, Pharmacy, Medical Office, Public Laundry room
